Services
Integrated care for children, adolescents, and young adults
Mental Health Evaluation & Diagnosis
A comprehensive assessment to understand your child's psychological, emotional, and cognitive well-being. The goal is to accurately identify any diagnoses, rule out underlying issues, and build a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child's specific needs.
Individual Therapy
Often called talk therapy or psychotherapy, individual therapy is a confidential one-on-one process where your child or young adult works with Trisha to explore their feelings, identify patterns in their behavior, and develop healthy coping strategies. The result is better emotional well-being and stronger skills for navigating life's challenges.
Telehealth
Can't make it in person? Telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, making it easy to receive care from home or wherever you are. Telehealth services are available to clients located within Kentucky only.
Pediatric Mental Health
Trisha specializes in the psychological and emotional well-being of children and adolescents — not just in treating mental illness, but in helping young people thrive. This encompasses the achievement of developmental milestones, learning healthy social skills, and building coping mechanisms. The focus is on a child's ability to function and thrive at home, in school, and within their community, with core components including emotional regulation, social connection, and behavioral function.
Referral for Psychiatry / Medication Management
When appropriate, Trisha can provide a referral to a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner for evaluation or ongoing psychiatric care. This may include evaluation, prescribing, and adjusting mental health medications to maximize symptom relief while minimizing side effects.
